Another view of ACG pasturelands in 1972, when it was being both grazed and burned annually. Ignore the leafless lime tree in the foreground (it is leafless because it was defoliated by leaf-cutter ants - I was taking a picture of the lime tree, and by accident picked up the extensive yellow jaragua grass pastures of that period).
