And in the wild, as the banana fruit matures, it develops hundreds of small black spherical seeds, covered with small amounts of banana pulp. Humans have long ago selected for seedless bananas, and therefore a plant that is dependent on vegetative cuttings for propagation. But in the wild, there are still pollinators and seeds. Who are the pollinators?
