Old growth cloud forest (upper part) and rainforest (middle part) and dry forest (lower left) of Volcan Orosi in the eastern (wetter) part of the ACG, on a dry season cloudless day. Compare this with dry forest (DHJanzen100010.jpg), viewed at the same time of year. Volcan Orosi is about 1600 m tall, and the upper third is very commonly swathed in clouds.
