This pan is about 4 inches wide and 8 inches long. These viable seeds of at least six species of trees and shrubs are what was washed out of a single large black bear turd found in the forest in western Pennsylvania in October, a time of ample ripe berries of the small red/orange juicy kind on the Amelanchier tree above.
