In this closer flash image of a bearded pig nest, the newly wilted leaves on her freshly cut stems and saplings are quite visible. She makes a huge pile of stems and leaves, stacking them up one by one, eat patiently cut off with her teeth and brought to the site. And then she burrows underneath and stands up, to make her warmer and more cosey house. The piglet startout there while she goes out to forage, but very soon are trotting along behind as she searches out high concentrations of seeds.
